By completing the registration process, you explicitly represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 26pkr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are found not to be met.
Each User may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
26pkr applies KYC procedures in accordance with applicable compliance requirements. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, age and address before your account is fully activated, before withdrawals are processed, or at any time during the life of your account at our reasonable discretion. Acceptable documents typically include government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 26pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately at [email protected].
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are permitted to browse Platform content, register an Account, fund your Account for betting and gaming purposes and access the responsible gambling tools and support resources available on the Platform.
You must not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. Specific prohibited conduct is detailed in Section 10 below.
26pkr aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee availability at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to your Account will be displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits are processed through the payment methods available at the cashier. Common Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer options referencing institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for context. Actual payment method availability must be confirmed at the cashier page. These payment providers do not endorse or support this Platform in any way.
You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. 26pkr reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Account balances are displayed and maintained in PKR. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment processor level is outside the control of 26pkr, and any associated conversion costs are the responsibility of the User.
From time to time, 26pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives to Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds requirements and expiry dates applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk artificially or using automated tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 26pkr reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings derived from bonus abuse and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in such activity.
26pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any obligations incurred in respect of bonuses already accepted and in progress.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game category. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of the overall agreement between you and 26pkr.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where the Platform explicitly permits cash-out or in-play adjustment functionality. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake amount in PKR and odds — before confirming any wager.
In the event of a technical error, manifest error or system fault that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 26pkr reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Winnings from bets placed in good faith at correct odds will be honoured.
Specific settlement rules apply to cricket betting markets including ICC tournaments, PSL T20 matches, bilateral Test and ODI series, and domestic competitions. Settlement is based on official results declared by the relevant governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed or voided, stakes will be returned to your Account in accordance with the applicable event rules.
All casino games, slots and RNG-based games operate using certified random number generation. Illustrative RTP ranges may be displayed for informational purposes and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.

Any genuine balance held at the time of account closure, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, will be returned to you via an available withdrawal method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 26pkr, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any financial loss arising from betting or gaming activity — even if 26pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
26pkr's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to the 26pkr brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data and game content — are owned by or licensed to 26pkr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written permission from 26pkr.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data by 26pkr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team at [email protected].
26pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform — for example, via an in-platform notification or an update to the "Last Updated" date displayed on this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal license, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a User and 26pkr, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.
